摘  要:本研究以广西13所高职院校和47家企业为研究样本,了解广西高职经管类院系校企合作的现状,研究结果显示:广西高职经管类院系和企业对开展校企合作的认识不断提高,都有开展校企合作意愿;但双方对校企合作的经历、校企合作动机与诉求、校企合作的内容和形式、校企合作密切程度评价、学生顶岗实习最佳时长、影响和制约校企合作主要因素、在校企合作中遇到的困难、建立长期稳定的校企合作的关键等方面的认识均有异同。要推进校企合作深入发展,不仅需要政府政策引导和保障,更需要校企双方积极主动,建立合作机制和校企双方交流的平台,加强有效沟通,确保双方互利共赢。The study takes Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges and 47 enterprises as the research sample, to understand the sta- tus of Guangxi vocational college of economics and management department of school enterprise cooperation. The research re- sults show: Guangxi higher vocational students of economics departments and enterprises to carry out school enterprise cooper- ation awareness continues to improve, have carry out school enterprise cooperation willingness, but both sides of school enter- prise cooperation experience, school enterprise cooperation motivation and demands, the school enterprise cooperation content and form, school enterprise cooperation close degree evaluation, students in the post practice best long, influence and restrict the school enterprise cooperation main factors and difficulties encountered in school enterprise cooperation, to establish long-- term stable cooperation key understanding both similarities and differences. To promote the further development of school en- terprise cooperation, not only need to government policy guidance and support, need more enterprise both proactive and estab- lish a cooperation mechanism and both the school and the enterprise communication platform, strengthen effective communica- tion, ensure the mutually beneficial and win--win progress.
