摘　　要：农产品加工产业的根本目标是为人体提供营养支撑。随着经济社会的发展,我国慢性病患者数量大幅上升,营养需求特殊,需求侧结构发生了巨大的变化。虽然农产品加工产业供给侧结构进行了对应调整,但改革力度极小、供需关系严重失衡、产业发展受挫。特殊医学用途配方食品是专门为特定患者加工配制而成的食品,可以满足其特殊的营养需求。因此,大力发展特殊医学用途配方食品产业,对助推农产品加工产业供给侧结构改革、平衡供需关系、促进产业稳定健康发展、保障国民营养与健康水平意义重大。The basic goal of agricultural product processing industry is to provide nutrition support for the human body. Along with the development of economy and society, the number of patients with chronic diseases in our country has increased sharply which need food with special nutrition property. So the structure of demand has＇ changed greatly. Although the supply side of agricultural products processing industry has been adjusted accordingly but the reform is far from enough. The imbalance between supply and demand frustrated the development of agricultural product processing industry. Food for special medical purpose is specially prepared to meet the special nutritional need of patients. Therefore, it is important to develop the food for special medical purposes, to boost the .supply side structural reform, balance supply and demand, and promote the healthy development of the industry.
