住院医师规范化培训生的医学教育与GMER符合度研究

摘　　要：目的研究住院医师规范化培训生的医学教育与全球医学教育最基本要求(GMER)的符合度。方法随机选择100例规培生调查问卷,与100例临床医学五年级本科生调查问卷对照,分析其结果。结果 2组在职业价值、态度、行为和伦理、医学科学基础知识、交流技能、临床技能以及群体健康和卫生系统等方面与GMER的要求符合度比较好,在信息管理、群体健康和卫生系统方面符合度较差。结论规培生的医学教育与GMER的符合度基本较好,需要改进教学方法,提高综合素质。Objective To study the conformity of medical education of standardized resident trainee and GMER. Methods 100 cases of standardized resident trainee were randomly selected, and 100 medical undergraduates were selectedfor comparing. All date were collected and analyzed. Results Scientific foundation of medicine, clinical skills, professional valuce, attitudes and behavior and ethics were more in line with GMER. In information management, group health and health systems, there was poor conformity. Conclusion The medical education of standardized resident trainee and GMER has better conformity, but there need to improve teaching methods and the overall quality.
