摘　　要：目的探讨在医学高职高专解剖实验教学中实施活体教学的优点、不足及改进措施和创新,为改革解剖实验教学模式提供新思路。方法分析解剖实验教学中应用活体教学法的优点、不足及改进措施和创新点。结果医学高职高专解剖实验教学中开展活体教学既有许多优点,也存在某些不足,并需在实践中不断改革创新。结论将活体教学与某些传统教学方法相配合,相互取长补短,充分利用活体教学法的优势并不断加以改革创新,才能实现较理想的教学效果。Objective To explore the advantages, disadvantages, improvement measures and innovation of implementing living teaching in anatomial experiment teaching in medical college, and to provide a new way for the reform of anatomial experimental teaching mode. Methods The advantages, disadvantages, improvement measures and innovation points of the living teaching method in the experiment teaching of anatomy were analyzed. Results There are many advantages and some disadvantages in implementing living teaching in anatomial experiment teaching in medical college, and it is necessary to reform and innovate it in practice. Conclusion Only if We make live teaching with some traditional teaching methods, and mutually complement each other, and make full use of the advantages of living teaching and constantly reform and innovate it, the ideal teaching effect is achieved.
