摘　　要：以宁夏南部3所农村中小学中参加过国培远程项目的教师为研究对象,其参与的培训项目内容主要为信息技术教育.研究采用调查法和访谈法,从参训学员的视角研究国培计划远程培训项目对农村教师专业发展的作用,分析了国培计划远程培训项目对农村教师在线专业发展的影响,并对农村教师在线专业发展提出建议.This thesis takes teachers who have participated in a national online training program on how to use informationtechnology in the classroom as research projects from three schools in rural areas of South Ningxia province,trying to analyze how the program influences teachers5 professional development from the perspective of trainees andhow it works through surveying and interviewing, meanwhile, trying to provide constructive suggestions to the programof online professional development for rural teachers.
