摘　　要：文章分析了法律法规修订、监管范围调整和检疫收费停征等因素对当前屠宰检疫工作的影响,借鉴国外的先进经验和做法,针对兽医卫生检验和屠宰检疫工作的启动、工作内容的设定及结果的确定,提出了相应建议,为进一步落实畜禽产品质量安全责任、推进屠宰检疫检验工作提出思路。Based on the advanced experiences and practices in foreign countries, the effects of several factors on the slaughter inspection, such as the revision of !aws and regulations, the adjustment of the scope of regulation and the abolishment of quarantine fees, were analyzed. Suggestions of starting the veterinary health inspection and slaughter quarantine work, setting the work content, and determining the results, were put forward, in order to implement the responsibility of quality and safety and to promote the slaughter inspection.
