运用语音输出应用软件塑造孤独症儿童沟通行为的研究

摘　　要：社交沟通障碍是孤独症儿童的核心障碍之一,积极有效的沟通行为干预是学龄前孤独症儿童教育的核心内容,其中以需求表达训练尤为关键。语音输出应用软件能有效地提升学龄前孤独症儿童的需求表达能力,是被学界广泛认可的循证实践成果之一。通过采用跨被试变动标准设计,考察自主开发的语音输出应用软件对三名中重度学龄前孤独症儿童需求表达行为的影响,证实以移动设备为平台的语音输出应用软件能有效塑造口语极度有限的孤独症儿童的需求表达行为。Communication disorder is one of the core deficits of children with autism. Effective teaching on communicational skills is a fundamental content of education and intervention to them, with the demand behavior training as its key point. Smartphonebased and tablet-based Speech-generating devices have been proved as one evidence-based practice to improve the demand behav- ior of children with autism. This study uses changing criteria design across subjects to teach multiple-step-sequence demand on three preschool children with severe autism by a Smartphone-based Speech-generating device. The study demonstrates the im- provement of the communication skills and its promising effects. At the end, it provides suggestions on future research and prac- tice for utilizing the Smartphone-based and tablet-based Speech-generating devices.
