摘  要:基于更好地实现高职院校人才培养目标及深度适应人才培养模式改革的需要,就高职院校构建教研室、实训室、研究所"三位一体"微观教学组织(以下简称"‘三位一体’微观教学组织")的内涵、意义、功能及其管理与运行机制进行了深入探讨,并以武汉铁路职业技术学院铁道机车车辆专业为例,探析了这种新型教学组织在实现高职院校人才培养目标,促进校企合作人才培养模式改革中的功能与作用。Based on better implementation of talents in vocational colleges training personnel adapted to the needs of reform model,the paper probes into the building staff room,laboratory and research institute which are called trinity micro teaching organization in vocational colleges.On the other hand,it illustrates the connotation,significance,function,the management and operation mechanism which takes the locomotive vehicle specialty of Wuhan Railway Vocational and Technical College of railway as an example.Meanwhile,it emphasizes the analysis of the new teaching organization and college-enterprise cooperation in order to promote talent cultivation model reform in vocational colleges.
