高校辅导员职业生涯规划的必要性探析

摘　　要：文章将职业生涯规划的理念引入高校辅导员队伍建设,对高校辅导员角色重新定位和思考,并探讨高校辅导员职业生涯规划的意义:高校辅导员职业生涯规划有利于辅导员个体发展;高校辅导员职业生涯规划有利于思想政治教育工作的深入开展;高校辅导员职业生涯规划有利于对学生开展职业规划引导;高校辅导员职业生涯规划有利于帮助解决个性化的学生问题。This paper introduces the concept of career planning construction of counselors＇ team in colleges and universities, rethinks the role of counselors in colleges and universities, and discusses on the significance of career planning of university counselors. College counselors doing career planning is beneficial to the individual development; besides, it is conducive to the thorough development of ideological and political education work; meanwhile, it is beneficial to guide students in career planning. What＇s more, it can be applied to solve the problems of individual students.
