摘 要:随着近年来微课研究的兴起,其短小精炼、主题鲜明、模块化程度高、形式多样的特点逐渐得到广大高师院校教师群体的认可。并且其在解决我国高师院校现行公共外语课程设计与教学过程中所存在的授课形式陈旧、学生参与度不高以及轻视形成性评价等问题方面也有很大价值。文章提出高师院校公共外语教学可利用微课技术,创立线上碎片化、线下整体化教学模式,并通过建立学生非线性自组织、跨班展示和互评反馈机制有效提高学生的课堂参与度与学习效果。In recent years,with the rise of micro-lecture study,it'characteristics has been gradually recognized by the majority population of normal university teachers that short and streamlined,clear theme,a high degree of modularity and various forms. It has a great value to solve the existing problems of public English course design and teaching process in Chinese normal universities,such as lagging teaching forms,low student participation and undervalue the formative evaluation etc. This paper presents that normal university foreign language teaching can use the micro-lecture skills to creat a teaching mode of online fragmentation-line integration by the micro-lecture,and establishes the student nonlinear self-organized construction,presentations of cross-class and peer assessment feedback mechanisms,which contribute to improve learning effect and students' participation effectively.
