摘　　要：近年我国开始大力发展对大学生创新能力和实践能力的培养教育。第二课堂作为一种新兴的教学手段,较第一课堂相比更能实现创新训练的教与学的良性互动。该文从工科院校开展第二课堂对学生创新能力培养的必要性入手,提出了开展创新教育的研究目标、教学手段、教学方法的改革措施。最终详述了该研究的具体实施步骤。In recent years, our country began to develop innovation ability and practice ability of college students about training education. The supplementary class was a new teaching method. From the first class, it could achieve benign interactive teaching and learning in the innovation training, in this paper, first found that engineering colleges and universities to carry out the supplementary class is necessity about innovative ability training of students; second, it protested reform measures about research object, teaching mean and teaching method of reform measures. Ultimately, it detailed implementation steps of this research.
