摘　　要：本文以高职院校机电一体化专业为例,通过对推行导师制的必要性、导师制的构建模式、师资培养方案、评价体系和激励机制的探究,提出一种基于学习过程"导师制"的机电类专业人才培养模式,以期培养出适应"中国制造2025"振兴计划要求的机电类高素质技术技能人才。Taking the example of the electrical mechanical specialty in higher vocational college as an example, through the ne-cessity exploration on carrying out the construction of tutorial system, tutorial system mode construction mode, teacher trainingschemes, evaluation system and incentive mechanism, this paper puts forward a based on the learning process of ＂mentoring＂electrical mechanical professional talents training mode, in order to cultivate adaptation of ＂ Made in China 2025＂ revitalizationplan calls for the electrical mechanical class high - quality technical talent.
