摘  要:伴随着"互联网+教育"时代的到来,终身学习的学习理念更加深入人心,网络资源成为这个时代的学习者获取资源的重要途径.目前,网络资源自上而下的、单一的传统构建方式已远远不能满足终身化、多样化、个性化的学习需求,长尾理论与生俱来的关注个性化、聚合分散、自组织、自服务的特质为构建能真正满足学习者需求的网络资源提供了全新的思路.with the advent of the era of'Internet + education',the learners will be more and more demand forinformal learning.Have been from the traditional learning on the campus in the era of lifelong study,network re-sources intangible is one important way of this age of learners access to resources.At present,the network resourcesfrom top to bottom,single way of traditional building has far cannot meet the demand of lifelong,diversification,per-sonalized learning,the long tail inherent focus on personalized,polymerization dispersion,self-organization,thecharacteristics of the service for building can really meet the demand of learners network resources provides a newtrain of thought.
