摘 要:21世纪以来,建设完善的早期儿童系统是欧美发达国家教育领域的一项重大举措。作为早期儿童系统的核心要素之一,科学的早期儿童数据系统是保障和提升早期儿童教育质量的关键。20世纪末,美国马里兰州率先开发了州内第一个早期儿童教育项目数据库,该数据库已经逐步发展成为马里兰州协调的早期儿童数据系统。早期儿童数据系统的建设需要联结系统框架元素、明确数据的信息来源、重视数据的挖掘使用,并制定完善的政策法规确保数据的隐私和安全。马里兰州建设早期儿童数据系统的经验广受其他国家关注。Building a sound early childhood data system has been an important educa- tional measure in western developed countries since the 21st century.As one of the central elements in early childhood system, data system is the key to ensure and improve the quali- ty of early childhood education.At the end of 20th century, Maryland took the lead in devel- oping the first database for early childhood program, and which has become a coordinated early childhood data system.The consruction of early childhood data system needs to link all of the related elements, to clarify the sources of data, to attach importance to data's min- ing and using, and to develop sound policies and regulations to ensure the privacy and safety of data.The developed experiences of early childhood data system in Maryland has received extensive attention from others countries..
