摘  要:在应用型本科的专业课程教学中,核心能力和专业知识并重。数控机床故障诊断与维修是一门实践性强的专业核心课程,常规课堂教学过分强调知识的系统性和连贯性,导致理论与实践脱轨。针对这一问题,作者尝试了数控机床故障诊断与维修课程的现场教学,在分析课程目标和课程内容的基础上,给出了现场教学的任务模块化分和具体的情境设计,打破知识传授和能力培养的界限,使"教学做"通过任务的实施融为一体。还总结出了现场教学过程中适合的教学方法以及对学生学习效果的综合考核评价方法。The core ability and knowledge are both emphasized in the specialized course teaching of the application oriented undergraduate. CNC machine tool diagnosis and maintenance is a practical core course. Theory and practice are divided due to the systematieness, and consistency of knowledge is over emphasized in conventional teaching. To solve this problem, the fieht teaching of CNC machine tool diagnosis and maintenance is attempted. Based on the analysis of course objectives and content, the tasks module and the specific situation are designed to break the boundaries of knowledge and ability. It realizes the unity of " teaching, learning and doing" through task modules. This paper gives the teaching methods and the comprehensive evaluation of the learning effect that fit for field teaching.
