摘 要:试验旨在探讨日粮中添加微囊化粪肠球菌和微囊化酿酒酵母对育成期河北柴鸡生长性能和血清指标的影响。试验选取120只体重相近[(130.5±0.17)g]、健康的9周龄河北柴鸡,采用单因素完全随机试验设计,试验鸡随机分为3个处理,每个处理8个重复,每个重复5只鸡,分别饲喂3种不同的日粮:Ⅰ为对照组基础日粮;Ⅱ为基础日粮中添加微囊化粪肠球菌组(10~8CFU/g日粮);Ⅲ为基础日粮中添加微囊化酿酒酵母组(10~8CFU/g日粮),试验期9周。试验结果表明:1与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组料重比降低4.79%(P〈0.05);2Ⅱ组T-AOC值比Ⅰ组升高45.73%(P〈0.01),与Ⅲ组差异不显著;3与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组血清Ig G含量增加16.04%(P〈0.01)且Ig M含量增加23.86%(P〈0.01),Ⅲ组Ig M含量增加60.48%(P〈0.01)。由此可知,微囊化粪肠球菌可提高育成期河北柴鸡的生长性能,同时改善其血清抗氧化能力和免疫能力。The aim of this experiment is to study the effects of microencapsulated Enterococcus faeci-lus and Saccharomyces cereviviae on growth performance and serum indices in Hebei domestic chick-ens. A total of 120 9-week-old layers(130.5±0.17) g were randomly assigned to three groups with 8replicates per group and 5 layers per replicates. The three groups included: a basal diet(Ⅰ, controlgroup); a microencapsulated Enterococcus faecilus group(Ⅱ, 10~8CFU/g feed); a microencapsulated Sac-charomyces cereviviae group(Ⅲ, 10~8CFU/g feed). After 9 weeks, the results showed that: 1 comparedwith control group, feed to gain ratio of group Ⅱ decreased by 4.79%(P〈0.05); 2compared with con-trol group, the T-AOC value of groupⅡ increased 45.73%(P〈0.01), group Ⅲ had no significant differ-ences; 3the serum concentration of Ig G and Ig M in group Ⅱ increased by 16.04% and 23.86%, re-spectively(P〈0.01) compared with that of control group, and the concentration of Ig M in group Ⅲ in-creased by 60.48%(P〈0.01). In conclusion, the results indicated that microencapsulated Enterococcusfaecilus can enhance the growth performance and improve anti-oxidative and immunity capacity.
