摘　　要：介绍了NAND闪存及其分类,较详细地讨论了RAW NAND和Managed NAND中的EMMC的结构、接口、信号,并重点研究了其在工厂编程中的关键技术,包括RAW NAND的比特反转、坏块管理方案,EMMC烧录的一般要求,提高其烧录效率的方法,对工厂编程行业内NAND闪存的烧录有一定的参考价值。Introduced NAND flash memory and classification, discussed the structure, interface, signal of the raw NAND and EMMC in managed NAND in detail, and focused on their key technology in the factory programming, including bit reversal, bad block management scheme of RAW NAND, and general requirements, improvements of programming efficiency of EMMC, which have a certain reference value on NAND flash factory programming industry.
