摘  要:面对我国经济增速换挡、产业结构升级、创新驱动发展、"四个全面"、全民终身学习等新常态,我国高校继续教育面临优化人才需求结构、提升人才培养质量、拓展继续教育空间等新要求。针对目前继续教育办学同质化严重、教育结构不合理、人才培养质量不高、管理模式较僵化、办学资源较薄弱等问题,高校要大力发展非学历教育,服务全民终身教育新常态;突出办学特色,推动继续教育内涵式发展;融合各方资源,协同发展高校继续教育。With the accelerating growth speed of Chinese economy, the constantly upgraded economic structure and the innova- tion-driven development, as well as the political and social changes, such as Four Comprehensives and lifelong learning society, China's continuing education in universities is facing the New Normal. This New Normal includes optimizing the structure of talent de- mand, improving the quality of talents training and expanding the new space of continuing education. Aiming at solving the problems in continuing education, such as serious homogenization, irrational structure, sclerotic management and lack of educational resources, Chinese universities should devote major efforts to developing the non-curricula education to construct the life-long learning system, form their own special characteristics and merge resources from various sectors to collaboratively promote the connotative development of continuing education in universities.
