理工科大学生文化素质教育平台的构建

摘　　要：调研发现理工科高校基于自身特点偏重对大学生专业技能方面的培养,一定程度上忽视了大学生文化素质的提升,对大学生文化素质教育工作存在认识误区、缺乏有效的文化素质教育平台等因素反过来也造成了文化素质教育效果欠佳等问题。建议将大学生文化素质教育纳入高校人才培养的总体规划,探索建立大学生文化素质教育激励机制,努力营造良好的校园文化育人氛围。同时,以文化素质教育基地为抓手,努力构建高雅文化活动平台、学术科技创新平台、校园精品文化平台、假期文化活动平台、社团文化活动平台、网络文化活动平台等多渠道、全方位的文化素质教育平台。After investigation, we find out that the science and engineering universities emphasize on the culti- vation of students＂ professional skills based on their own characteristics and ignore the improvement of students＂ cul- tural quality to a certain extent. However, some misunderstandings about college students＂ cultural quality education and lack of effective cultural quality education platforms have conversely caused problems such as poor cultural quality education and so on. This paper suggests that students＂ cultural quality education should be included in the overall planning of universities＂ talents training, explore the establishment of students＂ cultural quality education in- centive mechanism, and strive to create a good atmosphere of campus cultural education. At the same time, on the base of cultural quality education as the starting point, make great efforts to construct multi channels, all-round cultural quality education platforms such as elegant cultural activities, academic and technological innovation, cam- pus boutique culture, holiday cultural activities, community cultural activities, network cultural activities and so on.
