摘  要:随着国家大力发展职业教育的步伐深入,当下各高职院校重要举措“校企合作”已进入“瓶颈期”。本文就校企合作过程中存在的瓶颈问题进行深入分析,由此对应的提出健全企业参与相关制度、推进“双证书”制度、科学建立新课程体系,创新人才培养模式、提高“双师型”教师队伍素质、构建企业和高职院校教学虚拟信息平台一系列应对措施,对高职院校具有一定的借鉴意义。With the rapid pace of vocational education, School -enterprise Cooperatlon,a current important mmauve in Higher Vocational Colleges has entered the "bottleneck" period. This paper carries on a thorough analysis of the problems in the process of School - enterprise Cooperation and proposes a series of measures, such as perfecting the enterprises'participating system, promoting the "double certificate" system, establishing the new course system sci- entifically,innovating talent training mode, improving the quality of "the double qualified teacher", and construc- ring teaching virtual information platform between enterprises and higher vocational colleges. These measures provide significant reference for higher vocational colleges.
