摘 要:瑞典对教育领域的重视和投入在全世界都名列前茅,但是其近几年的基础教育质量呈现下滑的趋势。为了改善基础教育质量,提高国际竞争力,国家ICT战略需求再次被提上议程,ICT教育也随即迎来机遇。瑞典基础教育新课程体系改革中试图将ICT教育与其他学科课程整合,优化教学,提高教育质量,增强创新力。该文将从政策规划、信息基础设施建设、师生的ICT能力培养、ICT应用于学校教学这四方面对瑞典中小学ICT教育进行介绍,并从中获取经验,为我国教育信息化工作提供借鉴。Sweden is world-wide famous for its emphasis and investment on education. However, in recent years the quality of basic education shows a downward trend. In order to improve the quality of basic education and enhance the international competitiveness, the national ICT strategy needs to be put on the agenda, ICT education is then ushered in opportunities. Swedish new curriculum reform attempts to integrate ICT into other courses and uses ICT to optimize teaching and learning, improve the quality of education, enhance innovation as well as students' international competitiveness. This paper introduces Swedish basic education in ICT from four sides which are policy planning, information infrastructure, ICT capacity-building of teachers and students, ICT used in schools teaching. Swedish basic education in ICT is of significant reference, giving enlightenment to the development of information-based education in China.
