摘  要:在高等教育大众化背景下,建立"书院式"学生培养模式成为高校创新人才培养模式的一种尝试。古代书院在空间设计上注重中轴对称和遵规守正,体现了以"道"为核心的明德教化理念;在斋舍设计中注重慎独与乐群的结合,体现了以"修身"为核心的成德教育理念。同时,英美等高等教育发达国家盛行的通识教育理论中提倡的"有效思考的能力、交流思想的能力、做出恰当判断的能力和辨别价值的能力"等人才培养理念对现代书院空间设计也提出了新的要求。笔者在归纳诠释现代书院的教育理念意蕴的基础上,提出了复合型、交往型、实践型、修身型的现代书院空间设计构想。Under the background of popularization about higher education, universities began to pay attention to cultivate student and establish a new mode about students training. Ancient academy is the symmetry, which embodies the“Taoism” as the core of enlightenment philosophy, and the design of dormitory reflects the combination of self-supervision and friendly. It also reflects the source of one’s morality cultivation as the core concept of education. At the same time, British and American general education advocated in the effective thinking ability, the ability to communicate and make appropriate judgment ability and the ability to discern value. The concept of talent cultivation for the modern academy space put forward new requirements. On this basis, this paper puts forward the compound type, communication type, practice type and one’s morality culti-vation in the design of modern academy space.
