摘  要:基础教育课程改革的发展与深化,将教师的专业发展提到前所未有的高度,而教师培训是提高教师专业素养,促进教师专业成长的有效途径。通过培训实现教师从实践到理论、从骨干教师到学科专家型教师的飞跃。对培训的梳理与反思,有助于总结培训的特点、规律,为其他学科教师培训提供参考与借鉴。Deepening of curriculum reforms in basic education unprecedentedly promotes teachers' professional development which may be effectively achieved by teacher-training.Teachers realize the leap from practice to theory and from backbone teachers to experts.Case study on training of backbone history teachers in senior high school of Shaanxi province help summarize the characteristics and rules of teacher training which provide references for teacher training of other subjects.
