摘 要:因抗生素类兽药在奶牛中的广泛使用而造成的生鲜乳中兽药残留问题,严重威胁了生鲜乳的质量安全。利用基于胶体金配体-受体识别技术的检测条法对新疆部分乳企、合作社和散户的55份生鲜牛乳样品进行了八大类兽药残留的初筛,发现存在兽药残留的情况,其中散装奶中兽药残留种类较多。另外,对其中5份生鲜牛乳中的酰胺醇类兽药采用液相色谱-串联质谱法进行确证。通过比较检测条法和仪器定量法的检测结果,发现检测条法结果准确、操作简单、耗时短且便于携带,特别适用于大量样品的初筛,与仪器定量法联合使用,能大大提高新疆生鲜乳兽药残留评估的工作效率。The widely used of antibiotic in dairy cows caused the problem of veterinary drug residues in raw milk,which has been a serious threat to the milk quality security. This study adopted the rapid detection strips based on colloidal gold ligand-receptor recognition technology to analyze eight types of veterinary drug residue for fifty-five raw milk samples collected from dairy company,dairy cooperative and bulk milk in Xinjiang. Results showed that there were veterinary drug residues existed in Xinjiang raw milks and the amount of residue types was most in bulk milk. In addition,five raw milk samples were analyzed amide alcohols veterinary drugs via liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrum(LC-MS/MS)for confirmation. By comparing the results of rapid detection strips method with the LC-MS/MS,it could be concluded that the rapid detection strips method was accurate,easy to operate,low cost,time-saving and portable,which was particularly suitable for preliminary screening of large amount of samples and would greatly improve the work efficiency for evaluation of veterinary drug residues in Xinjiang when combined utilization with LC-MS/MS.
