摘 要:目的 探讨理论与实验整合授课在组织学与胚胎学教学中的应用效果.方法 随机选取哈尔滨医科大学2015级五年制临床医学专业180名学生为研究对象,将其平均分为实验组和对照组.实验组学生采用理论和实验整合的教学方法,对照组学生采用理论和实验分开授课的教学方法.通过对学生进行问卷调查和考试评价教学效果.结果 调查结果显示,在增加学习兴趣、培养独立思考能力、交流沟通能力和分析解决问题方面,实验组学生评价优于对照组学生,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;在有助于知识掌握方面,两组学生评价结果相似,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义.比较两组学生考试成绩,实验组学生的实验成绩高于对照组学生,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;实验组与对照组学生的理论成绩的差异没有统计学意义,P>0.05.结论 在组织学与胚胎学教学中,理论与实验整合授课优于理论和实验分开授课的教学方法.Objective To investigate the effect of integrated teaching method of theory and experiment in histology and embryology.Methods 180 students from grade 2015 undergraduate clinical medicine in Harbin Medical University were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received theory and experiment class separately,and the experimental group received the integrated teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire investigation and the exam result.Results According to the survey,the experimental group was better than the control group in stimulating interest in learning,improving the ability of critical thinking,improving the communicating skill,improving the ability of solving problem (P 〈 0.05).There was no significant difference between these two groups in enhancing knowledge (P 〉 0.05).Through analysis of test scores,the experimental? scores of experimental group were higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05).And there was no significant difference between these two groups in theory examinations (P 〉 0.05).Conclusions The integrated teaching method of theory and experiment in histology and embryology was better than taught separately.
