摘 要:医学教师专业发展已经引起重视,但存在主体性迷失和客观条件限制等问题.发展教学学术,能够提高医学教师教学主体意识,助其克服现实困难,满足职业生涯发展的需要.为此,可以通过专家引导、政策鼓励和环境营造,促进医学教师发展教学学术和推动教师专业发展.It has been paid attention to medical faculty development,but it shows problems such as loss of subjectivity and limitation of conditions.Medical faculty should develop scholarship of teaching in order to stimulate their consciousness,overcome the fetters of reality and meet the need of their career development.So something should be done for making medical faculty development of teaching scholarship,which includes the guidance of experts,inspiring policies and environment construction.
