高职院校与县域发展的共生模式研究

摘　　要：在我国高等教育从大众化向普及化不断发展、新型城镇化建设不断推进的背景下,"高职院校与县域共生发展"命题具有重要的理论和实践价值。由于组织方式和行为方式的不同组合,高职院校与县域发展形成的共生关系模式会表现为多种共生状态,对称互惠一体化共生状态则是高职院校与县域共生发展的新境界。这种良性的或理想的共生关系形成的过程,是通过培育共生单元、优化共生环境、构建适切的共生模式来实现的,这一过程也是深化"县校协同创新"的过程。currentlyhigher education in our country is moving towards popularization and new-type urbanization is constantly proceeding, the symbiotic development of higher vocational college and county has important theoretical and practical values. Due to the different combinations of the forms of organization and behavior, the symbiotic mode of higher vocational college and countydevelopmentwi11 present various kinds of forms, and symmetric and mutual beneficial symbiotic state is the optimum of the development of higher vocational college and county. This formation process of this ideal symbiosis is on the basis of the cultivation of symbiotic unit, improving symbiosis environment, and constructing appropriate co-occurrence.
