职教师资“一导双驱”信息管理平台的设计

摘　　要：依据职教师资"一导双驱"培养培训模式实践中遇到的问题,设计了相应的信息管理平台,以期实现对整个教学体系综合管理、智能调控的目的,更好地为实现以职教科研为引领,职教师资人才培养和培训为双驱动的职教师资人才培养培训模式服务。The study designs an information management platform for comprehensive management and smart control over overall teaching system directed against the problems occurring in the practice of a ＂1-guideand-two-drive＂training mode for teachers of secondary vocational education. Its aim is to help to actualize the teacher training mode for vocational education guided by vocational education scientific research and driven by both teaching talent cultivation and training.
