摘 要:采用自编问卷,调查中等职业学校在校生人际冲突的现状。结果显示:中等职业学校学生的人际冲突,发生在同学之间最多,排在5类冲突的首位;而发生在学生与后勤人员之间的冲突最少,排在5类冲突的末位。性别因素影响中等职业学校学生的人际冲突,男生与教师、行政、后勤及周边人员之间的冲突均明显多于女生;年级因素对学生与后勤人员之间的冲突有显著性影响;单亲家庭因素对师生之间的冲突有显著性影响;学生干部及家庭所在地两个因素对学生人际冲突均未发现显著性的影响。针对中等职业学校学生人际冲突问题及原因,应从文化陶冶、过程监控、心理干预、后勤保障等多方面入手采取对策:构建健康和谐的学校文化环境;开展全方位的人际冲突过程监控;实施科学有效的心理健康教育;加强学校基础设施的建设与管理。The thesis which is based on the questionnaire surveys studies the present situation of the interpersonal conflicts among the secondary vocational schools students. As a result, the main conflicts are between the students which ranks high among the five types of conflicts. The second conflicts are between the teachers and students. The conflicts between school's workers and the students have the least quality. Gender has a significant influence on the conflicts in vocational schools. The conflict between students and teachers, administrative staffs, schools workers and others are more than girls. Grades also has influence on the conflicts. One-parent family has a significant influence on the conflicts between students and teach- ers. Students~ leaders and location of family's influence on the conflicts are not found. Because of the problems and the reasons we should take measures in many ways such as culture influence, monitoring process, psychological intervention and logistical support. It is necessary to establish a harmonious and healthy school culture, perform the management of comprehensive process of the interpersonal conflicts and improve secondary vocational schools, building infrastructure and services.
