职教领域专业学位研究生培养的竞争优势策略分析——基于波特的钻石体系理论

摘　　要：作为一种新的教育硕士类型,职教领域专业学位研究生人才培养具有自身的规律和特点,不能简单照搬中小学学科教师培养的教育硕士培养模式。借助波特竞争优势理论中的钻石体系,从竞争优势的关键要素和环境变量两个分析维度可以为试点院校职教领域教育硕士培养模式创新和获取竞争优势提供策略选择和竞争力评估的工具。As a new type of Master of Education,the postgraduate professional degree in vocational technology education has its own laws and char acteristics. It can not indiscriminately copy the Master of Education training mode which aims at cultivating primary and secondary school teachers. The a nalysis of the essential elements and environment variables with Porter's diamond model of competitive advantages can provide strategy choices and evalu ative tools for the innovation and competitiveness of professional degree postgraduate training in vocational technology education.
