摘  要:介绍了理论E C N 4 2甘三酯含量的计算方法,考察了测定实际E C N 4 2甘三酯含量的液相色 谱条件,研究了方法的重现性和再现性,建立了用于橄榄油掺伪鉴别的实际与理论E C N 4 2甘三酯 含量绝对差值( AECN 42)测定方法.结果表明:采用示差折光检测器,柱温38 DC ,流动相为丙酮/ 乙腈(50:50, V/V ) ,流速:1.5 m L / m i n时,色谱分离效果好, E C N 4 2甘三酯含量重复性好,R S D 小 于1%,再现性&良好(0.02-0.11),为我国制定相应国家标准方法提供了依据.The method of calculating theoretical content of triacylglycerols with ECN42 in olive oil was introduced,which distinguished adulteration of olive oil by determination of the absolute difference between actual and theoretical content of triacylglycerols with ECN42( △ECN42). The HPLC condition to quantify ECN42,and the reproducibility of the method was researched. The results showed that using differential refractometer as the detector,column temperature 38 ℃,mobile phase acetone / acetonitrile( 50∶ 50,V/V),flow rate 1. 5 m L/min,under the condition,it showed a good chromatographic separation effect with good repeatability,and RSD less than 1% and SRbetween 0. 02 and 0. 11. It provided basis for instituting national standard.
