论民族院校校园文化的本质、发展特点、理念特征

摘　　要：民族院校校园文化既具有普通大学校园文化之大学教育文化和高级主流文化的本质特征,同时又具有自身多元文化共生性和文明德性教化性等特有本质。民族院校校园文化的发展要经历自发、自觉和自由三个阶段,自由阶段的民族院校校园文化建设趋于成熟。民族院校校园文化的理念特征要具有生成性、教育性、大学性、民族性和主流性。Campus culture of ethnic universities has the essential characteristics of the campus culture of ordinary universities which reflect the culture of university education and advanced mainstream culture; and at the same time,it has its specific features of multicultural symbiosis and civilized morality education. In its development,it has gone through three stages of spontaneity,consciousness and freedom,and the last stage symbolizes its maturity. Its ideational features should include the characteristics of generativity,university education,ethnicity and mainstream.
