摘　　要：教学医院师德建设有利于规范教师职业行为,促进教师道德自我建设,提高教师道德素养。根据目标管理理论,按照以人为本、科学合理、量化考核原则,制定、实施、检查和评价师德建设目标,构建教学医院师德建设目标管理模式是教学医院师德建设的有益探索与尝试。Professional ethics construction in teaching hospitals helps to improve teachers＇ moral quality,regulate teachers＇ professional behaviors and promote self-construction of teachers＇ morality.We should construct MBO mode based on the theory of management by objectives,the people-centered philosophy and the principle of scientific management and quantitative assessment.It is necessary to plan,implement and check the professional ethics construction in teaching hospitals,which will be a beneficial exploration and attempt.
