摘　　要：目的:为了保持药品检验的质量,不断加强一线检验工作的质量管理和监督越来越重要。方法:切合实际,制定出我所质量管理岗位的分级模式,在实践中推广应用,并建立了运行效果量化评估模式,形成了量化质量效果评价表。结果与结论:经运行,取得了较好的效果。Objective： To maintain the quality of drug inspection, it is more and more important to continuously strengthen the quality management and supervision of front-line inspection. Methods： Based on the actual situation, we set up the grading model of quality management which was applied in practice, meanwhile, established the quantitative assessment model. Results and conclusion： Good results have been achieved in practice.
