摘　　要：以3种不同极性的固定液,按不同比例混合涂渍并交联,旨在优化白酒分析专用柱的分离性能,通过实验极大改善了白酒中酯类、醇类、醛类、酸类的分离效果,重点是解决了酸类的拖尾现象,为白酒分析者提供了更加优越的色谱柱。Three kinds of stationary liquid at different polarity were used and then cross-linked by different proportions to optimize the separation properties of Baijiu analysis capillary gas chromatography column. The separation effects of esters, alcohols, aldehydes, and acids in Baijiu got improved greatly in the experiments. Especially, acids peak tailing was settled. This study provided excellent chromatography column for Baijiu analysis.
