摘  要:为培养复合型人才江南大学在轻化工程专业硕士培养中,选择性地将轻化工程与生物技术学科交叉融合,构建了基于纺织生物技术为导向的轻化专业硕士人才培养策略;从导师队伍建设、专业硕士课程体系与平台建设、基于企业需求的论文选题优化及培养质量评价体系构建等方面,推进了与生物技术交叉的应用型轻化工程专业硕士人才的培养改革,以满足倡导纺织品生态染整加工的发展要求。In order to cultivate the interdisciplinary talents, during the training of the professional masters of light chemical industry in Jiangnan University, light chemical industry and biotechnology were cross and integrated to establish a new training mode for the professional masters. The detail methods included the construction of supervisor team, improvement of course system, optimization of adoptable thesis topics, and construction of the evaluation system of training quality for the professional masters. It promote the training of the application-oriented professional masters and met the demands of developing the eco-friendly technologies of dyeing and finishing.
