摘 要:本文以2000-2015年CNKI收录的虚拟学习社区助学者研究相关文献为原始资料,其中重点查阅了2004-2015年10份国内核心期刊上刊载的相关文献,调研结果如下:有关虚拟学习社区助学者的研究文献在2004-2010年总体呈波动上升的趋势,2011-2013年达到最大值,2014-2015年呈现回落的态势;相关文献的研究角度包括了助学者的教学方式、评价方式、职责权限和群体组成结构;研究主题围绕着助学者的教学方式和职责权限展开,呈现出多元化的发展方向;作为一个新兴的研究课题,研究的角度趋向于深层次、多角度的发展轨迹。进一步研究发现研究过程中存在着重复研究、研究方向单一等问题,并就研究现状进行了总结,对后续研究的发展趋势进行了展望。The original data of this paper is based on the literatures during the period of 2000 - 2015 collected by CNKI with key words of facilitator in virtual learning community, especially the literatures published in ten national core periodicals from 2004 to 2015. The findings of the summaries are : 1 ) The trend for related search documents about facilitator in virtual learning community from 2004 to 2010 is fluctuating upward, it reached maximum from 2011 - 2013, followed the trend of decrease from 2014 - 2015.2) The research per- spectives of relative documents are teaching method, assessing ways, responsibility and authorization, community organization consists of the facilitator. 3) ? The research themes center on teaching method, responsibility and authorization, present a diversified development di- rection. 4) As a new research topic, the research perspectives move at a deep seated and multi - angel development track, which also have problems like repetitive studies and simplex research directions through future research. At last the author summarized the research status of facilitator in virtual learning community, and proposed prospects for the development of researches towards facilitators.
