由光缆熔接课引发的思考与设计

摘　　要：企业培训的质量关系到企业的生存和发展,一个优秀的企业首先要做好培训管理工作。本文试图从企业培训的角度,对培训理念、企业培训的教学原则、课程设计、课程实施等改革实践方面的问题进行尝试性的探讨,强化特色培训,理念要先行的观念。以光缆熔接课程为例阐述企业培训要尊重成人教学规律、遵守企业培训发展规律、加强互动、尊重学员个性化、侧重现场、现实教学的教学原则。讨论如何优化培训设计、如何实施课程设计等提高企业培训质量的思路与观点。The quality of corporate training relates to a company＇s survival and development,and an excellent enterprise should first do a good job in training management.This paper attempts from the perspective of corporate training to discuss training concept,teaching principles ,curriculum design,curriculum implementation of corporate training and other issues in terms of reform and practice, strengthen featured training and advanced idea.Take optical fiber splicing course as an example to elaborate that corporate training should respect adult teaching pattern, comply with corporate training development pattern, strengthen the interaction and respect the teaching principles of student personalization,focusing on the scene and reality teaching, and discuss how to optimize the training design, how to implement curriculum design and other ideas and opinions to improve the quality of corporate quality.
