摘　　要：目的:通过对市场实际要求为方向,对《药事管理与法规》课程体系进行改革和构建,提高学生综合能力。方法:将教学内容模块化,增加实践教学内容,采用理论实践一体化教学体系,配合案例教学法、翻转课堂,建立新的评价体制。结果:教学效果较改革之前大有改善,学生积极性、主动性大大提高,学生综合能力整体提高。结论:教学改革之后适合课程特点和要求,有效克服了传统教学模式存在的弊端,教学改革行之有效。Objective： the actual requirements of the market for the direction of ＂Pharmacy Administration and Regulations＂ curriculum system reform and construction, to improve students＇ comprehensive ability. Methods： The teaching content modular, increase practical teaching, the use of theory and practice integrated teaching system, with the case teaching method, flipped classroom, to establish a new evaluation system. Results： teaching effectiveness significantly improved than before the reform, students ＇enthnsiasm, initiative has greatly improved the overall improvement of students＇ comprehensive ability. Conclusion： After teaching reform for the course characteristics and requirements, effectively overcome the drawbacks of traditional teaching mode, teaching reform effective.
