高职院校大学生人文素质教育满意度模型实证研究——基于全国11所高职院校的调查

摘　　要：高职生人文素质教育满意度是衡量高职院校人文素质教育质量的重要指标。本研究旨在构建高职院校人文素质教育满意度模型,采用结构方程技术对模型进行实证分析研究。结果发现大学生期望、课程教学质量、管理服务质量、校园文化对人文素质教育满意度产生不同程度的显著正向影响(P<0.001),其中管理服务质量是最重要的影响因素。The satisfaction of humanities education is an important indicator to measure the humanities education in higher vocational col- leges. This study aims at constructing the satisfaction model of humanities education in vocational colleges. The empirical analysis was done by using structural equation modeling. The results show that students＇ expectations, teaching quality, the quality of service and management and campus culture have significant positive effects with different degrees （ P 〈 0.001 ）. Among them, the quality of service and management is the most important influencing factors.
