摘　　要：仁爱之心是好教师的基本素质之一。教师的仁爱之心主要指爱己、爱人、爱物,体现为尊重、理解、关怀、宽容。要培育教师的仁爱之心,须从培养恭、宽、信、敏、惠五德入手。"恭"和"宽"强调的是做人的修养,"信"和"敏"强调的是做事的态度,"惠"则强调做人的风范。Benevolence is one of the basic elements of a good teacher. The benevolence mainly refers to love yourself, others and objects, which is reflected in respect, understanding, caring and tolerance. To cultivate a teacher＇s benevolence, we must start with respect, tolerance, honesty, sensitivity and grace. Respect and tolerance emphasize the self-cultivation of being a person, honesty and sensitivity emphasize the attitude in dealing with things, and grace emphasizes the manner of being a person.
