摘 要:目的了解乌鲁木齐地区市售奶粉中稀土元素的含量,分析稀土元素含量分布。方法采集乌鲁木齐地区市售奶粉178份,依据《2015年国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》中动植物性食品中稀土元素电感耦合离子体质谱法测定的标准操作程序进行检测。结果 178份奶粉中,16种稀土元素均有检出,总残留量(以稀土氧化物总量计,下同)0.000 00-2.089 11 mg/kg,平均含量(0.097 51±0.211 19)mg/kg,检出率96.63%(172/178);其中152份婴幼儿奶粉稀土元素平均含量(0.098 96±0.227 55)mg/kg,检出率为96.05%(146/152),其他类型奶粉稀土元素平均含量(0.089 35±0.068 42)mg/kg,检出率100.00%(26/26)。结论本次调查的乌鲁木齐地区市售奶粉中有一定的稀土元素残留量,虽含量不高,但检出率较高,因此仍需持续监测奶粉中稀土元素的含量,以保障人们的饮奶安全。Objective To investigate contents of rare earth elements in milk powder sold in Urumqi, Xinjiang and analyze their distribution in the milk powder. Methods One hundred and seventy-eight samples of milk powder sold in Urumqi were collected and detected for the rare earth elements levels according to standard operating procedure of detection for the rare earth elements in animal and plant products in Workbook for National Surveillance of Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk in 2015. Results Out of the 178 samples of milk powder, 16 kinds of rare earth elements (the total amount of rare earth oxides, the same below) were detected, with total residual level from 0.000 00 to 2.089 1 1 mg/kg, the average con- tent of (0.097 51±0.211 19) mg/kg, and detection rate of 96.63% (172/178). The average contents of rare earth element in 152 smamples of infant milk powder were (0.098 96±0.227 55) mg/kg, with the detection rate of 96.05% (146/152). The average contents of rare earth element in other types of milk powder were (0.089 35±0.068 42) mg/kg, with the detection rate of 100.00% (26/26). Conclusions In this survey, the rare earth elements in the milk powder sold in Urumqi are detected to some degrees. Although the content is not high, the detection rate is high. Therefore, it is still necessary to monitor the con- tent of rare earth elements in milk powder continuously, to ensure safety of drinking milk.
