摘　　要：高校保卫部门是教育系统参与基层综合治理工作的重要组成,是校园维稳的主力军,特别是在校园刑事案件中,高校保卫部门发挥着极其重要的作用。通过对高校保卫部门职责权限的分析,结合现行法律规定,厘清高校保卫部门在刑事侦查过程中的行为职权界限,为进一步提升高校保卫部门工作能力、规范高校保卫部门行为以及维护学生合法权益提供了理论上的支持和参考。The security department is an important unit involving in grassroots comprehensive manage-ment in colleges and universities, the main force to campus stability. Especially in campus criminal ca-ses, it plays a key role. By an analysis of duties ＆ rights, combined with the legal rules, this paper clari-fies the range of duties ＆ rights security department has and what to do in criminal investigation to provide theoretical support and reference for further enhancing the working ability, standardizing security behav-iors and upholding students＇ legal rights.
