摘  要:进入21世纪以来,随着教师教育结构的调整与重心的上移,中师教育逐渐走向消亡。不可忽视的是,中师教育有着辉煌的办学历史,其培养质量获得了社会的普遍赞誉,"中师生"这一称谓被赋加了诸多美好的特质而备受褒扬。中师生何以成功?为何能获得较高的社会评价?这对现今教师教育来说是个有意义的话题。简言之,中师生的成功是与中师教育优秀的办学传统分不开的,其办学传统可以从"实、爱、序、范"四个方面进行阐释说明。Since the 21st Century, middle normal education has been out of date as the adjustment of normal edu -cation and upgrade of education level. It can't be ignored that middle normal education has its glorious history and is universally and positively accepted. The name of"students of middle normal education" is also highly praised due to its value. Why does it succeed? Why does it receive high social comment? These are both meaningful topics success of middle normal education firmly connects with excellent tradition of this kind of education, ~ In brevi, the which can beexplained from four aspects: solidity, love, order and regulation.
