摘　　要：心理健康是实施素质教育的必要条件,也是人的自由发展与身心健康的重要部分。由于心理是人对客观存在的主观反应,所以心理的频发波动性容易引发人的心理问题。转型时代的多元化干扰,青春期以及向成人期过渡的影响,职业院校学生特殊性,使职业院校学生成为心理问题的高发群体,就有了教育工作者进行心理干预的必要性。由于人心理素质与其他素质是相互影响。所以我们建构心理问题干预体系,就应该立足于整个外部世界的综合作用,以及个体内部各种素质的综合影响。Mental health is the necessary condition of quality education,and is also an important part of people＇s free development and physical and mental health. Because psychology is the subjective response to the objective existence of human being, its frequent fluctuation is easy to cause people＇ s psychological problems. Diversification of interference in the transformation era,adolescence and transition to adulthood,particularity of vocational college students,make vocational college students the victims of high incidence of psychological problems ,which calls for the necessity of educators＇ psychological intervention. Because people＇s psychological quality interacts with other quality,so the intervention system of psychological problems should be constructed based on comprehensive role of the external world as well as comprehensive influence of individual＇ s internal quality.
