高职会计专业校企合作中的瓶颈问题及对策

摘　　要：校企合作是提高高职院校人才培养质量的突破口和关键点,当前政府缺乏有力支持、企业缺乏合作动力、院校满足企业需求能力较弱是高职会计专业校企合作中亟待解决的瓶颈问题,本文在分析原因的基础上,从政府主导、企业参与、院校适应三个方面提出了提高校企合作质量的对策和建议。The Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is a key to improve the quality of talents training in Higher Vocational colleges. In the author opinion ,there are some bottleneck problems affecting the development of the colleges and enterprises cooperation： lack of strong support from the government,lack of enterprises cooperation,weak abilities to meet enterprises demands of eoUeges. By analyzing the reasons ,the paper put forward the suggestions.
