摘  要:目的了解近年来深圳市福田区食品污染现状,为相关食品的监管提供依据。方法 2013—2015年对辖区内人们经常食用的各类食品开展微生物、重金属、食品添加剂等项目的检测。结果抽检23类食品共881份,合格样品731份,总合格率为82.97%;主要不合格食品为水产品、腌腊肉制品和禽畜肉类等;主要不合格项目是副溶血性弧菌、沙门菌、镉、铝等。结论深圳市福田区市售食品中污染物总体风险较低,但仍存在多种食品安全隐患,应加强问题食品的监管力度并开展有针对性的控制措施。Objective To understand the current status of food contamination in Futian District of Shenzhen City, so as to provide the evidence for improving food supervision. Methods From 2013 to 2015, different kinds of popular foods in Futian District were sampled to detect the items of microorganism, heavy metals, food additives, etc. Results A total of 881 food samples of 23 kinds were collected and 731 samples were qualified with the qualification rate of 82.97%. The main unqualified foods were aquatic products,curing meat products, poultry meat and livestock meat, etc. The main unqualified items were Vibrio parahemolyticus, Salmonella, cadmium, aluminum, etc. Conclusion The overall contamination level of commercial foods in Futian District of Shenzhen is low. However, there exist hidden dangers in food safety. It is suggested to reinforce the supervision in the related fields and carry out targeted control measures.
