摘　　要：企业大学在中国正日益蓬勃发展并受到广泛关注。本文将以企业大学设计模型为理论基础,以此对华为大学展开具体的案例分析,深入研究了华为大学的设计与运营模式,并据此最终归纳出关于企业大学设计的逻辑模型,为企业的组织学习与人才发展提供理论与实战参考。Corporate university is flourishing in China and getting more and more attention. This paper is based on corporate university design model and do case analysis of Huawei University, trying to explore the design and operation model of Huawei University. Finally, a logic model of corporate university design has been concluded. This study will be able to provide theoretical and practice reference to organizational study and talent development in other enterprises.
