摘 要:目的:探讨高仿真模拟人实验教学在培养护生从业胜任力中的应用效果。方法:以培养护生从业胜任力为目标,利用高仿真模拟人设计护理实验教学场景,对临床实习前护生在护理技能、管理协作、专业价值观、专业成长等4个方面进行针对性培训,观察护生对教学效果的满意度和临床护士长对护生临床实习综合表现的评价结果。结果:护生对该教学过程的满意度较高,临床护士长认为该教学过程可以显著提高护生从业胜任力。结论:高仿真模拟人在培养护生从业胜任力实验教学中具有较高价值。Objective: To explore the application effect of high- fidelity simulator experiment teaching in cultivation of nursing students' occupation competence. Methods: Took cultivation of nursing students' occupation competence as target,made use of high- fidelity simulator to design nursing experiment scenes,conducted pointed training on nursing students before clinical practice in the 4 aspects of nursing skill,management and collaboration,professional values and professional growth,and observed nursing students' satisfaction on teaching effect and clinical charge nurse 's assessment result on nursing students' comprehensive performance of clinical practice. Results: Nursing students' satisfaction on teaching process was relatively high,and clinical charge nurse's thought that the teaching process could significantly improve nursing students' occupation competence. Conclusion: High- fidelity simulator has relatively high value in cultivating nursing students' occupation competence.
