摘  要:有机化学作为高等医学院校的一门重要专业基础课,知识体系庞大,学生的学习方法不恰当及医学相关专业知识不全面等特点使得学生的学习积极性不高,教学效果不尽如人意。PBL教学是以问题为基础,以学生为中心,以小组为单位的自我导向式学习,可有效提高学生学习的积极性和主动性。通过临床及相关专业有机化学PBL教学实践,探讨在临床医学认证背景下,利用E-learning网络教学平台,探讨有机化学PBL的教学设计,为新形势下的有机化学教学探索一种行之有效的教学模式。The medical education certification of Nanjing Medical University is in regular sequence. As an important professional and basic course, the knowledge system of organic chemistry is huge. Because of students' impertinent learning methods and inappropriate medical knowledge, they don't have high learning enthusiasm, as a result, the teaching effect is not satisfactory. PBL is a kind of teaching which is student-centered and self-directed learning with the group as the unit. PBL can im prove the students' learning enthusiasm and initiative effectively. Through clinical and related professional PBL teaching practice in organic chemistry and with the use of E-learning teaching platform, the design and exploration of PBL in organic chemistry are helpful to explore an effective teaching model in this new stage.
